phly95
classic shell has an option built in to the settings, you can try that. If you don't want to use Classic Shell, I have no idea how else to do it.
xpclient
Install Classic Shell. Set taskbar to glass from Windows 10 settings tab. Adjust the opacity if you want. Of course, unlike the AeroGlass project by BigMuscle, you won't get glass for title bars.

Tripredacus
It is always preferred that people use official or original download links for programs.

ahmedsalahais
StartIsBack++ can add blur to Taskbar and control its colour too. That said, it adds too much blur and I would prefer TaskbarBlurToggle for the blur effect instead. Using them both I think the result is great. ahmedsalahais
ahmedsalahais, can you tell me what theme atlas you use on yours screenshot? Sure ..ThemeAtlas: clssharp by Kankipappa (here)Explorer like Windows 7: OldNewExplorerStart Menu: StartIsBack++ (this allows legacy start menu and modern start menu simultaneously in addition to choosing taskbar colour, opacity and blur)Taskbar blur: TaskbarBlurToggle (it achieves better blur than provided by StarIsBack++) Edited August 29, 2015 by ahmedsalahais
