bootable program to select other bootable images

Whenever I need to use a bootable image (ie: WinXP-7-8 Repair Disks, Linux Live, Clonezilla, password tools, etc..), I always have to format an UsbStick or burn a DVD (for older systems).

Is there a bootable program that could allow saving them all on a single device and then selecting the required image\application from a simple menu?

Yes.

Now the point would be if you would like to play with it yourself, in which case the "right" choice is IMNSHO grub4dos:

Get latest version from here:

(as long as you have BIOS based machines) or if you want a "user friendly" and "automagic" kind of tool go for Easy2boot (which is based on grub4dos but also offer some support for EFI/UEFI based machines, making use of Clover and other UEFI compatible tools):

Ah, automagic FTW! :P

I'll check E2B first.

Thank you Jaclaz.

A bootable program embedded in firmware is another approach.

Allmost all hardware and OS boots from a (virtual) DVD drive.

E.g. a Zalman ZM-VE400 and a SSD disk
