Disable Hiberfil.sys from NTLite

I want to install on a 30Gb partition of an SSD and I think that none of my updates were applied from the image I created in NTLite (300 updates pending from WU).  I think it was the hibernation file which ate all the space and the installer decided to not do any updates.  I have previously installed on 37Gb partition but since I always disable hibernate and put my pagefile on a partition it can share between different OS's I don't need such a large windows folder.  Apart from this problem, I read that it could be disabled under unattended but I've never seen this option and wasn't really fussed till now.
