Windows 7 services and controller app.

Hi there , I am running windows 7 on my PC and since a few days the "services and controller app". keeps my CPU continuously busy around 90 %. Does somebodey have an idea how this problem could be solved >  This happens particularly when using Outlook 2013 or any internet explorer.   Thanks for any advise

For reference, "services and controller app" is services.exe.
