window 7 black page

new PC with window 7 since  the update do have a problem  when i save a page on the task bar and 10 minutes later click again on before show up i do have a black screen for about 5 seconds  all happen to every page i safe on the task bar  before the update of window 2 months ago all was fine no problems did try all but nothing fixed the problem if anyone have a clue please please ????

Is the entire screen gone black (like the monitor being off) or is it that portions of your screen are black?

You say "page" but what is it exactly? Is it a bookmark to a website?
