Using WindowsUpdateDownloader or WSUS-Offline?2 - Update-win7v5.CMDhttp://www.sevenforums.com/general-discussion/343394-fresh-reinstall-7sp1-first-run-wu-offers-kb976932-9-1-mb-wth.html3 - Why use rt7-Lite (failure prone)? Why not the WinToolKit? Where/when did you get rt7-Lite, since the website is dead?3a - Customized what? Please clarify your question. We have no clue what you did with "what list" or "what customizations".
illusions
Hi submix8c I followed these tutorials http://www.sevenforums.com/installation-setup/282232-test-update-7-installation-media.html http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/145343-slipstream-windows-7-sp1-into-installation-dvd-iso-file.html using the batch file provide on the tutorial (UPDATE7v5) to integrate the update downloaded using WindowsUpdateDownloader use rt7-Lite tofeature removal (language pack, sample music, video, pictures, games)tweakcustomization (delete the gadget, sample music)and then create the bootable iso Perhaps like you said rt7-Lite is buggy or maybe the batch file (UPDATE7v5), did not do the integration of the updates correctly. Any suggestion regarding the software to use suggested by the following link ? http://www.intowindows.com/5-free-tools-to-customize-tweak-windows-7-installation-setup/
submix8c
Uhhh... that link I gave has a link inside specifically pointing to the "Win Toolkit". I have no recommendations for the "other five" you gave a link to (which does *not* include "Win Toolkit"). Just *forget* RT7-Lite ATM and *try* what I gave to you. You'll also note that it will slip Updates as well. I'm *not* a member of SevenForums so have no access to the CMD script ("update7v5.zip") to say whether it failed (and why) or not. Sorry... HTH P.S. - WUD ULZ downloads is failing right now. Alternative is here -http://www.msfn.org/board/topic/139877-post-sp1-updates-for-windows-7-updated-13012015/ Addendum - Hmmm - seems you need to be a member of WinCert to get the "Win Toolkit" as well. I must be a member to have gotten it before.

submix8c
Glad to help. For anyone else - NEVERNEVERNEVERNEVER use RT7Lite. It stinks! Besides, it's no longer supported and the website is GONE! Does that say anything about how good it is? Use something that actually works! In fact, nuhi is working on NTLITE as we speak. http://www.msfn.org/board/forum/177-ntlite/https://www.ntlite.com/ Edited February 1, 2015 by submix8c
