Disk Management Displays Drives in Wrong Order

FWIW, my (older PC) BIOS (running pre-Win7) lists SATA-0 as Disk0 and PATA-0 as Disk1 (the OS/Boot drive). IOW, once a SATA is connected, the DISKn "shifts", whether I like it or not.
