thecavern Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 I run a full scan with McAfee on occassion. Recently, when I try to run a scan, I receive a box which reads ""An unexpected problem occurred during your scan. Please click OK to go back to the Home Page and then try ...again." This error occurs when I want to start a scan. The scan never initiates. Another thing I noticed -- When I go into McAfee and try to set Real Time Scanning to "On", I can do that but the next time I go into McAfee it is "Off" again. This seems to be a problem others have had in the past. Your Help would be greatly appreciated.
