After installing the KB4494528 update, run the following command: regsvr32 MSI.DLL. Update KB4493563, I do not know if there are any problems. Update KB4501226 posted by chance, because support for XP has ended, and this update is not related to security. Therefore, it was removed, but there are no problems after its installation. I did a clean install of Windows XP, I have removed all the updates mentioned by ED_Sln, I'm not on a SSE2 CPU. Updates not requiring SSE2, replaced by updates requiring SSE2: KB4087398, KB4463361. Is it safe to install these from the update catalog? I didn't see any KB4487085-v2 update, only KB4487085, didn't install it, does it work without SSE2? The KB4487085-v2 update in the catalog is called KB4487085, but the downloaded files are called KB4487085-v2. Update KB4493563 does not seem to require SSE2.
