I see that you guys are having hard time with webfldrs

to un-install copy this msiexec /x C:\Windows\System32\webfldrs.msi and paste it into run command,

If you want to install it copy and paste msiexec /i C:\Windows\System32\webfldrs.msi

does anyone know of a tiny freeware standalone program to hack this "add or remove programs" list as far as being able to remove those stubborn ones that give you an error when you try to remove it, and also something to help you "clean" up this program list?

That's easily fixable by opening sysoc.inf and replacing "HIDE" with nothing.

Reinstalling windows to show these entries is not an "easy" solution IMHO :P

What are you talking about? You don't have to reinstall/uninstall anything. You're just editing an .INF file. You're just unhiding things that are hidden by default, essentially the same as unhiding system files and barricaded folders in Folder Options.

Windows Installer Cleanup Utility and CCleaner.
