Linux Live CD Distro's

Hs anyone had any luck with Linux Live CD Distro's (Mandrake Move / Knoppix / Slax etc) on their DVD. The best I can manage is with ISOLINUX command boot the kernel and tell it where the root filesystem is (initrd.img) but then it fails to find the rest of the cd (I think because it has been manually told where the kernel and initrd are and that it cannot mount the cd itself because of the fact the cd's contents are on a different disc ie our dvd). Any ideas?

When i tried to put knoppix on a multiboot cd with cdshell there was another switch you had to pass to cdimage to get it to work (do a search for knoppix someone found it before). More information on your cd would also be helpful.

I have successFully put in knoppix and lindows into my Multi-boot DVD. When you make the iso image on cdimage use a -j1 tag (you have to get rid of someother ones) and that well let you boot linux distro or any DSL cd. In cdshell you well tell it to boot the knoppix boot image it is usally boot.img.

I have found that most linux go off a boot.img file

Hope this helps
