I actually had it up and running a few months ago. Played a game of Red Storm Rising.

Clock speed: 0.985 MHz (PAL) / 1.023 MHz (NTSC)

I used mine for years then upgraded to an Amiga 500 in 1988. I used Amiga systems until 1995 then started using IBM compatibles...

I have a Windows 95 hardrive lying about somewhere... but the monitor sort of.. got.. lost. xD I accidentally deleted Minesweeper on it so there's really no point in it now xD

All I use in my house is XP, 4 comps.

All this talk of boot up speeds...on my computer, it's 22 seconds from cold boot to full windows "functionality." So I did a little comparison...

On a DOS machine:

It boots to command prompt in less than 30 seconds!.

So I have that beat...and it's DOS...

On something so old I wasn't born when it was created...

a flick of the switch and it resets in about 2 seconds. Beat that, microsoft

So despite the fact that my XP machine can best the DOS (which I'm proud of) I can't even imagine an OS that boots in 2 seconds, except maybe some TI calculator, and even my TI 89 can't beat the .98 seconds...so there you are Microsoft...a goal. If you can get it down to .98 seconds, then I'll get rid of all my XP machines and upgrade...

I use XP normally, or win2k at the least; but the oldest _running_ OS that I'm supporting is Windows ME.

AAAARGH!!! (so that is where that 1 vote for winME came from)
