I have certain problem, this started to happen in last 5 weeks period

my PC starts to turn off for no reason after 2-3 hours of working, and this happens only once per day

when I turn it on 2nd time, it will run indefinitely

so I suspect more on OS problem than hardware
in control panel/power settings nothing is timered

Note that I mean shutdown and then open it up!

The toothpick ( or plastic ) holds the fans from turning when blasted with air and allows you to aim the little canned air hose into the blades of the CPU heatsink and get all the junk out. You want somethink wood or non-conductive when poking around the motherboard and other electronics. It shouldn't be sharp though. A Popsicle stick is fine.

It's almost definitely heat if you have no power settings set.

as for bios, how do I do that ?

It may depend on the board. But if you go in the BIOS, you may see a way to see events in "Advanced" if such a section exists. Although I have seen cases where the event logging isn't enabled by default.

Also, I think you need to be clear as to what you mean by "shut down." Is it a normal Windows shutdown? As in, does it look like what it would if you chose to do a shut down through Windows? Or is the computer just turning off?

If the computer is turning itself off, does it make any different kinds of beeps when you turn it back on? Such as maybe a French Police Siren sound?

this should be Kernel event ID 41. Post a picture of the eventlog or export the error in a evtx file

simple "power off" type of shut down, PC simply "dies"
no beeps on next turn on, just the standard black screen of windows where you choose normal startup, safe boot etc...
