When I click on the fix button it tells me that it cannot be fixed.I called Norton support and they told me that they could not help and that I should contact Microsoft. Each time the updates are downloaded, I get the same message as explained above. I used system restore to uninstall the updates. I changed my setting to allow me to choose which updates to install, but when I uncheck all boxes but one, the same five updates are downloaded.I currently have selected not to install any updates. Can anyone help with this.ThanksWest
