win32 Posted February 16, 2020 Share Posted February 16, 2020 (edited) If it asks you to enter a key repetitively or complains about missing registry keys, then you need to install Office in XP then copy over the contents of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Registration to the win2k machine.
