Wasn't really doing anything had a game up and chrome and was afk and it randomly crashed.

I updated my Nvidia drivers yesterday to GeForce 320.18

And around April 15th I upgraded to a VisionTek Racer Series SSD 120GB Ultra Performance SATA III 6.0Gb/s 2.5-Inch Solid State Drive (900499)

What caused this?

check your HDD with chkdsk and run

sfc /scannnow 

and

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

to fix corrupted system files.

I've never heard about this SSD. Do you us the latest Firmware?
