Hello Every one,

I'm having problem setting up an outlook 2007 profile on a new computer:

DELL WINDOWS XP Sp2

The user profile is already on the old computer with out any problem but on the new computer when im manually configuring following these instructions f

http://support.sherweb.com/Faqs/Show/how-to-configure-outlook-2007-exchange-2007

from my exchange provider which is : Sherweb:

im keep getting this error message:

the action cannot be completed. the connection to microsoft exchange is unavailable.Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action

windows firewall is off and avg is off as well. I can put the user profile on all other computers on the network(tested in 3 computers and no problem) but one computer which is new i cant put it on that.

any suggestions please?

I took the computer off the domain and created a local profile for the user and it went throught but when i put it back to the domain

i'm stuck with this message again:

"The action cannot be completed. the connection to microsoft exchange is unavailable.Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action"
