myselfidem
Have you compressed install.wim and boot.wim files?Always using the same compression! You can find here my examples inside Batch.rar folder (look inside en-US | Export_Boot.cmd and Export.cmd):Take care with Export.cmd because only one image is exported (used to keep only one image= example Ultimate Edition)!http://www.mediafire.com/?kns27djwvkrj2 Edited September 4, 2012 by myselfidem
TheWiz
I did /compress maximum to all version (4-x64,5-x86)But still i get huge file in the end. Edited September 4, 2012 by TheWiz
myselfidem
I see inside the command SetLang.cmd you add also inside boot.wim 1 !You don't need, but only for some languages:Walkthrough: Add Multilingual Support to Windows SetupStep 3: (Optional) Add font support to Default Boot ImageIf you added font support for Japanese (ja-JP), Korean (ko-KR), and/or Chinese (zh-HK, zh-CN, zh-TW) in Step 2, you must also add font support to the first image (index 1) in the default Boot.wim file. My install.win file after compress change from 2.9GB to 4.3GB.That strange! Could you past the command ? TheWiz
Here he say to put in boot 1 & 2: (work for me great)http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/12145-HowTo-create-a-multi-language-Windows-7-DVD-installerMy last script is in my web site: www.thewiz.co.il/win7/I attach it for u Win7_CIC_W7_0912.cmd Edited September 4, 2012 by TheWiz
myselfidem
Yes, you are right it's better to add also inside boot.wim 1 !You made an awesome work. I think it's needed first to add languagepacks (for boot.wim 1, boot.wim 2, install.wim), after drivers and updates to avoid errors!
TheWiz
This is what i did:1. Lang Boot 1&2 + Install2. Driver3. Hotfix 10x. I think i cover all KISS users need. But why it is so big? i ad lee than 1GB and i get very big file. Edited September 4, 2012 by TheWiz
myselfidem
But why it is so big? i ad lee than 1GB and i get very big file.I think it's a restriction of the compression !And we must remember that a final user can install only ONE Windows 7 version to use and validate !You can add a choice inside your batch file to save only one image !Regards Edited September 4, 2012 by myselfidem
