This pc will only have one program and one ISA card installed. Used is fine but I would prefer a new one. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. creviel
The ISA card requires Direct Memory Access.
jaclaz
The ISA card requires Direct Memory Access.I am not sure to understand. AFAICR it's not the card that needs ISA DMA; it's the "slot" or "bus", i.e. if a motherboard has a ISA bus and an ISA card slot it also has ISA DMA. jaclaz
LoneCrusader
SOYO P4 I845PE ISASOYO's website no longer exists, but these are excellent motherboards. I have several of them in my own machines.BCM BC875PLG875PLG ManualThis is probably the "newest" motherboard that has an ISA slot.
Mijzelf
ISA Motherbords are still manufactured. Like these. But you must search for industrial PC's. And they have a corresponding price.

TmEE
I got the BCM875PLG mobo and it works wonderfully, but it cost me a nice chunk of money. Its DMA is not exactly great, fair bit of devices I got have problems on it and there seems nothing to do about it unfortunately, but it is among the most powerful boards with ISA with working DMA.
