Component Removal Question

the Keep Box label says "Specific Files to Keep (only from system32 and driver CABs)"

My question is: does the part in parentheses also apply to the delete box, and does it EXclude SUBfolders of system32?

It will exclude subfolders.

Minor technical explanation: In TXTSETUP, system32 destined files end in 2,1,0. Subfolders have a completely different destination, note the [WinntDirectories] section. That's not a complete explanation of course but you get the idea.
