I have a vnb109 netbook and I was going to install windows xp on it.

Because it it a netbook with sata drive I had to use nlite to slip the drivers in it.

I used a windows xp chn sp3 disc and I was looking for driver. Viewsonic is a small company and only gave me plug n play drivers. I found the drivers off acer website for the same nm10 chipset. AHCI_Intel_8.9.0.1023_XPx86_A.zip. Inside there was iaahci.cat iaahci.inf iastor.cat iaahci.inf iastor.sys lisence.txt and txtsetup.oem.

When slipstreaming i clicked multiple file slipstream and selected the entire folder because i didn't know which driver to choose and the txtsetup.oem. I made the new setup in to a iso. I mounted it in a virtual drive with magic disc and then I used wintoflash to transfer the files to a 8gb kingston usb. I used the flash drive to install xp.

I installed xp no problem. After installing it it restarted and gave the error hard drive incorrectly configured or it cannot detect the harddrive to boot etc.

What is wrong help?
