Office 2003 on Windows 2000

Hi! I've been trying to find the answer to this question for years but nobody seems to know the answer. Is there a way to trick Office 2003 into thinking you're using a Luna style so that the toolbars in the program will be blue instead of gray or whatever color scheme you're using? It doesn't really bother me that much but it looks so awesome in Windows XP but it looks sorta blah in Windows 2000. Is there any type of registry hack or update or anything I can do to get that blue color scheme in Windows 2000? Thanks!
