Disable Blue Highlighting

Hovering over icons, the text is highlighted blue. How can this be disabled without using TweakUI (which only yields half results - blue tinge remains)?

don't use tweakui so don't know there

but under appearance options it should be "Selected Items"

if there is such option then that is it

Indeed Vinifera... I see you are using WindowBlinds yes?

If you remove the selection color (effectively making it a null value) how can you know if something is selected? Doing something like this could cause some errors to occur.

@Tripredacus nope, just regular .msstyle

also if its tooltip color problem then I guess it came with theme OP is using, this can be only changed via msstyle itself

StyleBuilder has easy access to system colors

Well, I have one click selection enabled, I don't know if that would affect anything. This is beyond me - I have tooltips and selected items selected as being non-blue colors. When I select an item it is bluish gray, when I then scroll through items with the arrow keys (icons in a folder for example) the icon text is pure gray only.
