Windows2000-KB957579-x86-enu.exe + new mswsock.dll =  Windows2000-KB951748-v2-x86-enu.exe

I got a copy of dnsrslvr.dll version 5.0.2195.7280, and that worked but now I have a new problem. I saw someone above mention Firefox, I don't know if I'm missing something but I cannot install Anything higher than version 12 (the latest officially supported on 2000) I get the "requires XP SP2 or higher" Error.

Extended kernel already had been removed this check code.

So, You can execute even simple application for Windows NT 255.0.

If you get on extended kernel , Perhaps the binary is broken.

How can I remove this check function from XP?

@jaclaz

I am using both CFF & Hxd for a year.

Got working Acrobet DC

Which function currently today i added :-

Please see the attachment below

xpk32_custom.txt

It does not be defined. So, extended kernel has dual branch.

They are different each programs.

Because they use the following stupid algorithm.

if(GetProcAddress(NT6 Function)){
  // NT6 routine
} else {
  // NT5 routine
}

@BlackWingCat. I tried to contact you via PM but it did not went through. So I need to ask here if it would be possible to compile a version of IMM32.DLL without/deactivated user32.dll:WCSToMBEx to test under Win98SE ? Thx, MiKl
