nlite does not install or run

Download nlite but get window saying 16 bit MSdos Subsystem

the ntvdm cpu has encountered an illegal instruction cs;07e0 IP;0207 OP:63 6f 6e 74 65

choose close to terminate

same happens with 1.4.8

Edit: Also make sure you have .NET Framework 2.0 installed on the PC prior to running nLite.
