cure
On a fresh install of 98SE tweaked out with the latest Revolution 9, Kernelex, and 98SE2ME, I have discovered that the Help icon in the Start Menu can't be deleted with NoHelp or NoSMHelp Dwords in the registry. Other suggestions?Thanx.

cure
The solution, for me at least, was to install option 3 of 98SE2ME. That may or may not drop the icon by itself, but it definitely drops it in combination with the registry instructions.
