outlook contacts, First Name then Last Name

Xp pro, Outlook 2003. I want my contacts to show in FIRST NAME, LAST NAME order. I have gone to Tools/ Options/ Preferences / Contact Options.

It shows that this is my preference, but when I create a new email, and select the TO field, some are First name then Last name, and some are the other way. When I check the CONTACTS folder, the FILE AS shows as LAST name then FIRST name. How do I change this ?

Try editing your name and put first and last names both.
