paulhysen
Have run Kernelex 4 for quite some time on my Windows 98se system that has had the 98se2me "upgrade" installed, without any problems. Found the Kernelex 4.5 beta 2 stops my system from shutting down completely; it does allow the spin-down of the disk drive, but the computer itself no longer turns off.Any suggestions? Thanks, Paul. Do you have any USB device plugged in when shutting down? I have noticed that it can be the reason, but I'm not sure, I have not performed thorough testing. erpdude8
try installing the latest RC version of KernelEx 4.5 and see if the shutdown problems are fixed there.
