Is there a way to do this in 7 home premium?

Since you can't access to group policy in home premium I was wondering if there's a way to disable this. It's one of the main thing I hate about 7 and I'd be willing to give it another shot if I could pull this off.

Create the following registry key and value pair:

Key:   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
Value: TaskbarNoThumbnail
Type:  REG_DWORD
Data:  1

If the Explorer key (or the Policies key itself) doesn't exist, you'll have to create it/them.
