ideas Posted May 3, 2010 Share Posted May 3, 2010 computer is invisible on my network placesam using windows xp pro sp3, setup a network and i can see all computers except one, even when i disconnect am still unable to see the computer name in the network list of workgroup, so when workgroup is open there's nothing in the list, but when i connect to the network and when i click run then type \\computername i see the invisible computer open in a window with all the shared folders i have.i have all services running and at automatic - computer browser, server and workstation.in the network properties, Netbeui is installed and in the tcp/ip static ip with WINS set as NetBios enabled.how do i make this PC visible in my workgroup Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
