Multiboot DVD linux dist only

Hi sorry for my English. I wanted to create a multiboot DVD with Linux distributions. I tried to do as in the overhead topic, but does not want to work. I want to do something like that:

Menu title

1. Install Debian 5.0.4

2. Install Debian Squeeze

3. Install Ubuntu 9.10

4. Install Xubuntu 9.10

5. Backtrack

I have no ideas how to do it. Please help me.
