Screwdriver Posted January 21, 2010 Share Posted January 21, 2010 is it possible to create a dvd that contains vista x64 ultimate and win7 x64 ultimate?using imagex to export vista ultimate to win7 install.wim works fine.no errors.installing works fine till first reboot ---> error: installation process cant be startedany solutions out there? cluberti Posted February 5, 2010 Share Posted February 5, 2010 any solutions out there?I would suggest using the WAIK 2.0 to do the export of both the Vista Ultimate and Win7 Ultimate images to a new .wim file, then use a Win7 x86 source as the host for the new install.wim.
