TIP: Using Canonical Names to create Control Panel Items

We had a thread about this here but it got a little argumentative and had to be closed.

Recently a journalist used the controversial term "GodMode" about this feature and made the incorrect claim that these shortcuts are undocumented. See also http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc...5).aspx#virtual

To use these features, use the GUID and name the folder as you like, you do not have to use the term the article author used.
