I have authentical XP CD key.

But can I install "Microsoft Security Essentials" without authentical CD key by using HFSLIP?

First off, please use the normal font. It is not necessary to use 50 font when asking questions.

HFSLIP is used to slipstream hotfixes - it is not the intent to use HFSLIP to create all your software needs. The program you are talking about is not a core OS component. Look in the unattended forums for the appropriate switches to install your program.
