Well, as always, thanks, Mimo!

BTW, I think you should do something about kb2264107 (the library loading thingie). I have NEVER seen a PC in which WU/MU Asks for it.

It should be optional. Plus, as you probably know, this causes more problems than the one it supposedly solves....

bye!

Yes, I know... It could be problematic when it's set to the strongest restriction - the file-checker will give a hint when finding this update.

And... (if I remeber right)... just installing it will not changing the behaviour of searching DLLs. You also need to set the registry.

The offered reg-file on my site, for setting this entry in the reg, is marked as optional in the file-checker.

Why not make the whole thing [KB2264107] optional (I mean the update and the registry data). Like I said WU/MU Does not ask for it. It shouldn't be flagged as "missing", when it actually is optional...

I agree. KB2264107 should be optional because the update only introduces the "CWDIllegalInDllSearch" registry switch for those who want it.

By the way, there is one update for Office 2003 this month (February 2013), the Junk Email Filter update KB2767887.

Mino should update this to his list.

..or make an exception for hfslip by extending Mim0's reg-file

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager]

"CWDIllegalInDllSearch"=dword:FFFFFFFF

; The per-application registry entry always overrides the system-wide setting

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\hfslip-1.7.10_beta_J_v11.cmd]

"CWDIllegalInDllSearch"=dword:0000000
