MDT - automatic Intel SATA driver injection at deployment time

For those still supporting XP, this will automatically inject the Intel SATA driver into your XP image at deployment time and update the critical device DB in the registry. You will no longer need to capture a new WIM w/ updated drivers or modify it w/ offline tools to add support for new devices and driver versions.
