Se7en_UA - RunOnceEx Tester still working with Win 11 2022

Recommended Posts

A few have same problem.

1 file missed copy or was it Folder? usually skips the root folder

You not disabling the Pause at pack? make sure thats unchecked. What happens in that cmd window is more important to see whats going on.

Do you have UAC turned off? click your icon on Start top right. Change user Account controls. Slide all the way to bottom. Have to reboot.

You can reenable later if you want.

features and packages aren't complete yet but I left turned on where it just loads them. trying to make sure it works for basics first

It was a directory skipped not a file.

I'm not disabling the pause. The info window at the bottom display for a moment

then the error window appears but no cmd windows ever show at all.

I have UAC disabled and heres my ini file

does it open a cmd prompt when you start Pack?

if you don't disable Pause then it should pause on that window, thats what need to see what it's saying

EDIT Try uninstalling and put on another drive, I see you have a D: if its big enough. I'll install to C: and try there

I'll try installing it on D:

If I setup drivers and click yes then it opens a command prompt during pack and it works ok

If I setup drivers and click no then it doesn't open a command prompt during pack and I get the error

may be on to something there. let me look since I removed that old rollback

I ran on the C:\

Don't have to paste images here if you can setup to copy out of the cmd prompt.

Won't take away from your max image posting. ? ask me.

With 605 I removed the create SetDriversRoot.cmd at drivers which involved mounting boot.wim 2. Part of that was why it was failing at Pack. Don't think anyone used that anymore. It's better to inject them but you can also create a DriverPaths in the xml during offlineServicing. Read your unattend.chm

1 hour after fixing 605 I discovered how to make the Jump2reg work on 64. :thumbup

Need to get it uploaded ver 2.8.6

experiment for the 64 bit's out there

Grab the Jump2reg from my Sig on Downloads page

Paste this key in it

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node

click the green arrow button

Now uncheck the 64 checkbox and click the green arrow button

You'll see the difference because you can't see the Wow6432Node

quite a few more keys you can't see unless you are running as admin, well now you can

Link in first Post. Read my license, you are not permitted to upload this elsewhere. I'll look into another site. You don't have to be premium for rapidshare, I only got that 1 time and maybe because multiple people d/l at same time. 1 minute later it worked.

Disable Commit is not enabled yet for the Pack Image.

I thought I would be able to turn Features and packages on but found a minor thing need to fix.

'Se7en_UA.exe 6.0.6: November 24, 2009, 7:17:22 PM
'Filename : Se7en_UA6.0.6.exe
'MD5 : 4cc678a281cf617559330a868c220e7c
' Fixed Runtime error 13 in 6.0.5. 1 comma missing :)
' Added Disable Commit during Pack Image for Testing
' Modified Drivers - Adds DriverPaths to xml if you copy drivers and don't choose Inject

:Creating ISO

After pack image a message box about logs being created pops up.

The create ISO box is not clickable. I looked thru the logs but couln't

see any errors. So I made an ISO with UltraISO and it instlled

in Vmware with no problems.

Had othe problems but they were fixed when I deleted the ini file

and restarted se7en_UA

Edit: one problem I was having is the drivers weren't injected at pack image.
