Wrong / weird DRAM frequency

I have an Acer T180 Desktop.

It has a pair of PC2-5300 (DDR2-667) , 512MB RAM.

Recently I happened to check the DRAM frequency with CPU-Z. It showed a DRAM frequency of 191.8 MHz (both in Single channel as well as Dual channel mode). How to rectify this?
