How do you report a bug/issue to Microsoft?

It's not a major bug at all, just an annoyance.

When using the Snipping Tool, it saves extensions in UPPERCASE for some daft reason :/

First, make sure it does not already exists on http://connect.microsoft.com/. If not, post your bug there.

one other addition windows needs..

in notepad, if you hold CTRL + tap backspace, it should delete the whole word. it does nothing :/

Interesting one bledd,

I notice that when using ctrl+del, instead of deleting the next word it deletes all the following words. I also noticed that wordpad behaves correctly with both these shortcuts.

Lucky I don't use notepad very often.

because of this, I usually get 'notepad2' instead, but it's annoying when jumping on another machine to edit a bat file etc
