vLite crashing - Producing "Application Error"

I have been messing with vLite today on my Windows 7 64-bit installation but now it's giving me an error I haven't been able to fix. :(

When I tell vLite to "Rebuild" it gets just a hair under halfway and crashes with the following error:

Title: vLite.exe - Application Error

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Process ID=0xac0 (2752), Thread ID=0xa48 (2632).

Click OK to terminate the application.

Click CANCEL to debug the application.

Hitting either button closes vLite. I will report back if I fix it but I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

EDIT: I attached by "Last Session" file.

I couldn't figure out why it was doing it either.

I re-installed vLite to no avail so I deleted and re-did the Windows 7 build using Jeronimo's guide. I thought that fixed it but when I got to the end of the guide, where you a single tweak, the problem popped up again. :(
