cmonkedo Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 Ok here is my problem I am trying to do a reinstall of XP Professional on a Dell Tower. It gets all the way through the install process but once completed it requires me to activate before the first login. I cant activate over the internet due to lack of drivers so I click on activate over the phone and I get no installation id which makes it very hard to activate according to MS if anyone has some insight to this problem it would be much appreciated. I am going to try another disc. I will post what happens.Thanks Everyone
