and if you expect any kind of constructive answer, screaming "WHY ___ NOT WORKING" provides very little information about the problem.

• take notes about what isn't working
  
• take note of any error messages
  
• take note of what version of win7 are you running (build #)
  
• construct your notes in an informative reply and you have a much better chance of getting useful information

Correct, worked here as well. What do you mean by "doesn't work" specifically?

You may have an older version of Scite. Try updating to the newest version to see if that works any better.

Also are you on x86 or x64?

add: Also you can try the Beta Scite too if the regular release isn't working for you.
