bamstav Posted May 17, 2009 Share Posted May 17, 2009 Hey allHas anyone had experience with a MDT 500GB? drive works intermittently (eg. every second time its powered up it doesn't want to be recognized)I checked all the usual stuff(virusses, bad sectors, disk checking utilities) nothing funny reported. and there aren't funny noises when it starts up..Anyone now where I can get a firmware update for it?Model - MD05000-BQGW-ROAny one with some suggestions?Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
CoffeeFiend Posted May 17, 2009 Share Posted May 17, 2009 MDT doesn't make any drives, it merely resells drives from other manufacturers -- those it gets for dirt cheap like refurbished drives.
