Hmm, looks ok.

I was going to suggest running the command below, but it will not show cpu time.

tasklist /svc /fi "imagename eq svchost.exe"

I would download and run Process Explorer (freeware)

  • Open the Properties of the process causing the problem
  • For svchost processes, go to the Services tab and Stop the services one by one to see if one of them is responsible.
  • Then go to the Threads tab and sort by 'Cycles Delta' to see if there is still a thread causing a problem and what it is.

A screenshot of that window would be telling.
