Where is the tweaks.reg file located on nLite disks?

Hello,

I'm searching through the ISO I made with nLite and I'm trying to find the .reg file containing all the reg tweaks I made in the nLite configurator.

I want to know exactly what they are and I want to customize them to add some of my own. It's not just enough to add my own only, because I don't want conflicting tweaks, I don't want to write some stuff to HKCU when nLite does the same tweak in HKCU, etc... Basically I just need to get to the .reg file nLite creates so I can see exactly what is going on. I don't want to just blindly "include my own .reg file" on top of that.

After checking out some other windows disk customizers and custom disks, there's usually a .reg file with all of the configured registry tweaks for that disk...

I just can't find it for nLite...

where is this file?

and if there's possibly NO .reg file then how does nLite apply all its reg tweaks?

it in an inf file not a reg file.

As for the name that escapes me at the moment, sorry.

He used the inf method. The file is NLITE.IN_. You can extract it and add your stuff or import your reg file at GuiRunOnce.

I extracted NLITE.IN_, but it's all binary data not human readable.

Do I need to uncompress it somehow?

figured it out, I had to use the windows program 'Extract' to do:

extract nlite.in_ nlite.inf
