cluberti
What happens if you change to the Windows 7 basic theme?
spacesurfer
I use the basic theme and the display goes blank playing videos. It's random as to when it happens; haven't been able to pinpoint it yet. I lose keyboard/touchpad input. I hear sound but screen totally blank. Have to reboot.Hey, it's beta. send 'em feedback and hope they get it fixed. Good luck. cluberti
Well, it is an nVidia video card. I've never run into any of this with other video cards (even cheapo onboard Intels work), and given nVidia's track record with Vista drivers, I'd say bothering nVidia is probably going to be more fruitful than contacting Microsoft (although I'd still bother them both about it anyway so there's no ambiguity as to what problem(s) exist). It works fine so far!Could be a 9800GX2 thing, since they are 2 GPUs slapped together.
