sho_gun, to use $OEM$ folder you need to have OEM Preinstall enabled. Whether this means you can't remove OOBE, I don't know. Please see the help text (? in circle) next to the OEM Preinstall option on the General tab of Unattended. Enjoy, John.

My post count may be low, but look at my join date, I've been at this a long time - I really don't need newbie advice.
