You provided very little details (like what program it is), so we can't help very much either.Looks like a fairly ghetto app too, so not surprised it crashes. WindowsApplication1? The error is indeed a generic REGDB_CLASSNOTREGISTERED error, so likely a file or file registration is missing or for some reason your account does not have access rights to it.
