Visit the Solution Accelerator page, then click the link under the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit 2010 section entitled "Click here to be instantly joined to the beta program", then click the "Microsoft Deployment Toolkit 2010" link to see the project page and downloads. Note that it requires you to have a Windows Live ID registered with connect for this to work, but it just worked for me, so it's still there.
