0xc000007b Failed Application error?

I'm attempting to run vLite for the first time around, and I keep receiving the "the application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b)" error. I can't seem to find anything online about this, so I was hoping you guys could help out.

I'm running Vista Home Premium, and both .NET Framework 2 and 3 are installed.

Any suggestions?

Looks like your nLite install is bad:

I'd suggest removing nLite, downloading again, and doing a reinstall.

It's vLite actually , not nLite. And I attempted a re-install and re-download several times.

Well, for what it's worth, that is the error message you're getting. Perhaps something about your system, but it's definitely a foobar'ed install.

Are you working on a full windows system (installed)?

Do you have WAIK installed?
